Meet Carli


Born and raised in the Cowichan Valley, Carli brings a client-focused, results-driven approach to real estate across Southern Vancouver Island. She specializes in waterfront and acreage properties, with a strong connection to Cowichan Lake and the surrounding communities.


Carli understands the unique appeal of rural, oceanfront, and lakefront living, and is passionate about helping clients find properties that align with their lifestyle and long-term vision. Her regional knowledge gives her a strong understanding of the local market and allows her to confidently guide clients through each transaction, delivering a seamless real estate experience.


Outside of real estate, Carli is a mother of twin boys and a daughter who enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Jenny grew up in Shawnigan Lake, with deep roots throughout the Westshore communities. Having lived across Greater Victoria for fifteen years, she brings a strong understanding of each neighbourhood and what makes them unique. With more than 10 years of experience in and around the real estate industry, Jenny's knowledge was shaped early on through her family's construction and development company. Known for her strong work ethic and persistence, she is committed to delivering exceptional service and helping clients discover the very best that Victoria has to offer.

Outside of real estate, Jenny is a mother to three boys and maintains a strong connection to the local community through family life.
